Dive deeper into the wisdom of yoga with the articles below.

Do yoga and let go

Healing of the people of the world. The goal of yoga is to just be. The goal of tantra…tantra has no goals. So this is the essence of the spirit of yoga, which is done in mood and understanding of tantra. Tantra cannot exist with goals. However yoga is fully existent because of a set of goals, goals which include both positive and negative aspects of the one truth, the universal truth, which subdivide and manifests itself in multiple expressions. This is an understanding that creates goals, that creates factual objectives to be reached on a path. This however, abstinence, does not lead to a state of just being, it leads to a state of perpetual endeavor, this state of perpetual endeavor in the practice of yoga is different only in quality from the state of perpetual endeavor which operates in the material world.

In other words, or as an example, the monetary system which functions as an economic machine, an economic steam train which self perpetuates itself to create more wealth. This same type of constant activity is also reflected in the mind of a yogi who has endeavored to attain to his or her goal. And that goal is understood to be spiritual but the actual quality of the spiritual goal is not understood because one is still in the mind, one is still operating from the mind.

Therefore the goal of yoga is to still the mind, yogas chitta vrtti nirodhah, sage Patanjali speaks in the second sutra of the Yoga sutra of Patanjali. This is the authentic book which has been written over 2000 years ago and which explains the practice of yoga. Thus stilling of the mind is actually coming to a place to just be, to just exist, and thus there is no longer any practice for yoga, no longer any practice of rules and regulations, restraints… therefore the concept of looking at “do” and “can not do” must be integrated with the spirit of tantra, the spirit of tantra is that there is no goal.

This destroys the objectivity of the entire endeavor, and creates only a subjective truth that’s witness-able by each individual pertaining to the specific evolution of reality according to their life, their lived experience, their engagement in sincerity on the path of yoga. So they must twist their mind, they must change their mind from thinking in terms of the linearity which the path of yoga embarks them upon to consequentially engage parts of themselves step by step to obtain the final objective of Union, of equilibrium, of harmonization… yet this goal does not in itself complete the manifestation of what is the objective because the objective is “unobjectifiable.”

Therefore one must release all desire or all yearning or all endeavor. All energy output to obtain that objective must instead accept a path in which there is no objective, this allows the redirection of the energy flow which is what the practice of yoga incorporates in its modules and sequences of sequential events, however, this is not done through any endeavor or any function of the time space spectrum because time and space is a function of mind or identification with the pattern of goals.

So as yoga is a purification of identification of what is ones goal, the absolute “unidentification” with matter itself and entrance into the realm of pure spirit is only gained by a complete renaissance of the whole mind system itself to which point the twisting is no longer an action that is done, it just is. One steps into an awareness, one steps into reality, one steps into truth. This is what is meant when B.K.S. Iyengar says “the asanas are my prayers.” The prayer means, the asana is the breath of life and all else has ceased to exist except the pure breath, the pure essence.

That is divinity, that is the life force, that is the blood that flows through the veins, that is the consciousness that perceives the reality… the reality which is the blue sky, the golden sun, the shimmering waters the rich green earth, the billowing white clouds. This is the church (nature) and the prayer is simply being. So this is tantra’s role in the process of yoga. Yoga itself perpetuates ego and yoga does lead to a certain type of perfection and that is a perfection of ego. Sage Patanjali has described the higher aspects of yoga in the true light that yoga is when there is no ego.

Does the thought of  yoga make you feel anxious?

Have you heard that yoga is good for you but feel that you don’t fit the “type” of person who does yoga?
Has your doctor or Nature Cure Health Guide recommended you do yoga for such common ailments as:

  • low back pain
  • arthritis
  • diabetes
  • obesity
  • depression
  • digestive ailments
  • or other lifestyle related ailments

…but the intensity of studios or cold AC of a gym makes it impossible to get therapeutic benefits?

Do you feel pushed in a yoga class, made to feel you are not doing it “right” or are not “good”?

This is the process of unfolding the layers of conditioning in the subtle body through the process of yoga which harness the forces of animal spirit, plant spirit, sun spirit, water spirit, and the spirit of great sages to integrate those energies and forces and create new beliefs and values of ourselves on an energetic level.

Would you like to experience traditional yoga which has been practiced for thousands of years in India and created longevity and spiritual awakening for millions?

If you are ready to take the first step and open a door of infinite possibilities…

…Atha brahma jijnasu… now you are ready to inquire into the mysterious path of yoga.

1. Yoga has several “streams” or paths, each with different practices and disciplines…some have nothing to do with the body at all!

Yoga is the basic union of body, mind, and emotions making available a connection with Spirit – which is the underlying, undivided Truth within all existence.

I have over 15 years experience living in India, studying, and practicing and have developed a style which combines the essence of the four main streams of yoga: (Hatha yoga, karma yoga, jnana yoga, and Bhakti yoga), into a practice which most effectively works with all levels of the human energy field.

2. We are made up of more than just our bodies. According to yogic texts there are 5 “bodies” or Kosha which we are made of:

  1. physical body –made of food stuffs
  2. prana body – made of subtle energy channels
  3. mind body – made of the mind and its functions
  4. intellect body- made of our desires, identification, and attachment
  5. blissful body – made of pure love and awareness

Yoga takes one to an experience of connecting with the bodies sequentially and uniting with the forces of nature, which through postures, guided by the teacher, unfold deeper parts or layers of the five bodies ultimately revealing to one the inner wisdom of Nature. Thus in traditional yogic texts such as Hatha Yoga Pradipika , yoga is recommended to always be practices outside in Nature.

It is beyond belief
It is beyond doctrine
It is beyond ideology

It is scientific and has the potential to answer life’s greatest questions as it taps into the source of inner wisdom and inspiration, born from the cosmic wellspring of life force energy that is eternal existence, infinite knowledge, and Supreme bliss….this is known as Sat, Cit, Ananda.

This awareness is not possible through study in books, through lectures, or by long practice, or even through many years of teachings (Upanisads).

It is only possible by the causeless mercy or an ascended master, a divine messenger of Truth.

Truth is the most powerful decision a man or woman can make to live authentically.

Animals have no choice but to be truthful, cannot lie…
Man has animal nature and is taught by society how to be “man” above the instincts which pull him.
Man may drop into his animal nature, be authentic, and truthful, but then he has lost the opportunity to reach to the Divine Nature.

If man lives in his nature of animal and puts on a show outside of being “civilized” or acting according to “standard” of society – he is a hypocrite, deceiving himself, yet unable to deceive others who see right through him.

Thus divided man has no true strength, the fundamental strength of aligning one’s actions and character with ones values, which are aligned with one’s mission, which supports one’s vision for the purpose of one’s life.

The choice man has is to be in his authentic self, not lie to himself or to others about the facts of what makes him who he is within.

He lives authentically as a real man or woman, simple, honest, transparent, like the animal, but is choosing consciously to be who he is to the outside world which is all pretending to be something it is not.

The result is the release of:

  • repressions
  • guilt
  • shame
  • grief
  • overwhelm
  • fatigue/burnout
  • hypocrisy
  • lying to oneself and others
  • cheating

The Truth of who we are lies in discovering the strength that lies dormant within us.

The strength of:

  • the warrior
  • the mountain
  • the star
  • the lotus
  • the tree
  • the locust
  • the lion
  • the dolphins

In this inner wisdom of acceptance of the totality of Oneness, without judgment, without any longing for “becoming” someone or something one is not, in the here and now, lies the integration with the magic of nature – pure, simple, strong.

This is the next evolution – from the material matrix – back to the Nature matrix , from the network on our smartphones, to the network of our central nervous system, vastly more powerful, infinitely fast and accessible always and forever, bridging time and space and unifying all duality, doubt, fear, and lack of belief in the ability of our own self…and it is free and available to every single person, yet accessible only through living in the intense awareness of the present moment, without a future and without a past – and this is the transformational experience an authentic traditional yoga class.

It may be experienced through a kind, experienced, and dedicated teacher who has learned from perfected masters of yoga…more than 200 hours of training is required for this… a life of dedication, surrender, and the blessing of a realized soul are how the yogic tradition has passed its wisdom down through millennium after millennium.
